2 1/2 OZ            PISCO EL GOBERNADOR
1/2 OZ               GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1/2 OZ               LEMON JUICE (YELLOW, LIME OR SUBTLE).
1/2 OZ               GUM SYRUP (*)
1/2                     EGG WHITE (OPTIONAL)

Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake until cold, serve and decorate with angostura (optional).

Our adaptation of a classic, this cocktail was modified from its original recipe to enhance the qualities of “El Gobernador”, floral and fruity. The grapefruit adds a new dimension, some bitterness and a new citric point that, together with our pisco, mix to combine perfectly.

1 OZ                   GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1 ONE                PREMIUM TONIC WATER (*)
1 ONE                GRAPEFRUIT SECTION

Mix all the ingredients in a balloon glass with lots of ice, decorate with a slice of grapefruit.

“El Piston” is a refreshing drink, which in turn derives, in this presentation, from the current Gin and tonics, a large goblet with a lot of ice, simple decoration and low alcohol content. A cocktail worthy of being enjoyed on a terrace.

MULITA DEL LIMARÍ

1 1/2 OZ            PISCO EL GOBERNADOR
1/2 OZ               GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
1/2 OZ               LEMON-LIME JUICE MIX
1/2 OZ               GUM SYRUP
TOP OFF          GINGER BEER

Add all the ingredients in a metallic cup or rocks glass, add ginger beer and decorate with mint and ginger slices.

Inspired by the Moscow Mule, “Mulita del Limarí” would be its Chilean version. A slightly spicy but refreshing concoction, its complexity goes well with the citrus notes of pisco, definitely a reformed classic.
