Originally from the Limarí Valley, “El Gobernador” brings the spirit of adventure to the north of Chile, with a 40° reserved pisco, from the Rose Muscat and Muscat of Alejandría variety, made under a process focused only on distillation that preserves the best way the terpenic aromas of its grapes.

Our adaptation of a classic, this cocktail was modified from its original recipe to enhance the qualities of El Gobernador, floral and fruity. The grapefruit adds a new dimension, some bitterness and a new citric point that, together with our pisco, mix to combine perfectly.
